1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day prior to arrival.
- Payments can be made via UPI link or other online payment methods.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 1:00 PM
4. Amenities & Services
- Includes organic farm experiences, accommodations, and listed activities as per our website.
- Additional services or activities may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage caused to the property.
- Respect for nature and farm rules is expected at all times.
6. Liability
The Tree Organic Farm and Stay is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from natural causes or unforeseen events.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Alcohol Policy
This is a strictly non-alcoholic property. Consumption or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
